After seeing the photos of the incredible edibles (i.e. seahorses, chicken feet, scorpions); I searched the internet for the nutritional info about them. Certainly they must be loaded with cholesterol-lowering goodness or packed with antioxidants. But alas, my search was in vain...nothing. I did find a gourmet cooking expo in Barcelona in March. You have your passports, the baby will be seasoned traveler ...wouldn't you want to learn how to make a first rate scorpion canape? :) Love, dru
Love the new pics!! You mentioned blowing chicken feet out your nose, are you actually eating those things??? Not me!!!!!! Keep posting please!!! When do you come home?? Kiera looks so happy with you guys!!
Jayna, we come home a week from today (Sunday, the 28th). I am enjoying China, but I will be more than ready to come home (even to NC). And NO NO NO! I am not eating chicken feet!! We met another American couple who are adopting, and we had dinner with them last night. Will and the husband (Barry) ordered pig's ear salad. I guess it was so bad, we all laughed till we cried. Barry pronounced it "just wrong." Will kept trying to get me to eat it, but I emphatically refused.
